GRANT SUCCESSFUL!!!!!

Aloha all,
Our grant application has been succesfull and we are now in a position to order a new OC6, a new trailer and other gear. I am not certain of the total but is in the order of 32K to 35K including GST. YAHOO!!!!!

7am Crew for Saturday is Deb, Jason, Judy, Julie, Sandra and Niki.

8am Sunday: Sue, Sandra, Judy, Julie, Frank/Luke Niki

It is of a top NZ crew in a Mahi Mahi Canoe.
Look for the pause at the top of the stroke, torso movement into the catch, the rotation and the peck, ab and lat engagement.

Personally I would like to see the bottom arm straighter and that he top hand does not drop quite as low.
For those who are stroking please check out the rating, we will need to learn this rating and stay as relaxed as this crew.

'Paddle' van visiting Saturday morning 9am (25 June 2011)

Andy from 'Paddles' will be visiting the Moreton Bay Boat Club this Saturday at 9am. You will be able to purchase paddles, ask questions and talk about your paddling needs.
